Virginia State Championships 

You can complete your dance entry forms and record the packages and other items you wish to purchase for the Virginia State Championships competition by using the EntryForms computer program available for download from this site. Once you have used the EntryForms program to record your dance entry and purchase forms you can send them to the competition organizer by email or on a removable drive. If necessary you can use the EntryForms program to revise your entries and purchases and send the revisions to the organizer

You should download the setup file SetupEntryformsvastate08.exe to a convenient folder, such as DeskTop, then run the setup file to set up the EntryForms program for the Virginia State Championships competition. If you download the setup file to the desktop folder a shortcut icon to it will be placed on your desktop window. If you download to any other folder you should note the setup file name [SetupEntryformsvastate08.exe] and the folder name so that you can navigate to it to run the setup file.
